Organizations are about people.  The success of  any organization is directly linked to the kinds of interactions and relationships which exist among   its people.  The system of interactions of people   in organizations is highly complex and includes employees, customers, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.  Interactions occur in a multitide of settings - meetings, conferences, special   initiatives, training events, and day-to-day work.  Accounting for  multiple agendas, personalities, beliefs, and values are commonplace in organizational settings.  Providing a common    focus, tools and processes for producing quality results,  is LCA's mission.
